P1 Sabers offers lifetime Warranty
Warranty Policy
All P1 Sabers products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and electronic defects, including issues with the hilt, board, speaker, charging port, buttons, LEDs, and internal wiring where the issue is not caused by misuse or damage.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
What is not covered
Damage caused by drops, impact, duelling, misuse, neglect, water exposure, incorrect charging, overheating, unauthorised repairs, opening the hilt, modifying the electronics, installing custom fonts incorrectly, or using third-party parts.
Blades, accessories, stands, screws, tools, and charging cables are not covered for damage caused by wear and tear, impact, or misuse.
For rechargeable sabers, customers must use a 5V 1A charging source only unless otherwise stated. Damage caused by incorrect charging is not covered.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for customised, modified, or special-order products.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos.
Where a product has a minor fault, we may repair or replace the item. Where there is a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
