Return Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1.2 Time Frame

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or customized items

2. Refunds

2.1 Approval Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Refund Method

If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@p1sabers.com.
